The items arrived and had very nice packaging; so much so that it was fun unboxing each item with all the little pockets with surprises inside.

I was anticipating a complicated set-up but the App walks you though everything and its quite easy, you just make a few selections (weight, hight, age) to get started.

It’s also exciting to track my progress and that reward of knowing provides a greater incentive to meet my own personal needs.

And there are other features I have yet to explore like connecting to Amazon Alexa and tagging images of your food.
